Toddler Sleep and Potty Solutions
Janeen Hayward, founder of swellbeing, will share straightforward tips and strategies to ensure your toddler is sleeping soundly, night and day. For example, did you know that most kids need roughly 12-14 hours of shut-eye every single day for optimal development? And, did you know that most kids do best when they sleep in a crib until they are at least three-years old? If you are wondering why and how to achieve this, answers are on the way!
Janeen is also going to take on another large milestone in any family with a toddler -- the successful transition to using a potty! Janeen will draw on her wealth of experience with common potty challenges and will share her practical and effective strategies to address each one. Soon you will be saying bye-bye to diapers, hello potty!
Session By: Janeen founded Swellbeing- a parenting consultancy - shortly after the birth of her first daughter in 2006. As a child development expert with a master's degree in clinical psychology, she helps parents nurture healthy and happy children. Often that means she is talking with parents about healthy sleep habits for their young child. Prescriptive and nurturing in her advice, she has assisted hundreds of parents in their quest for well-rested children. Janeen is very passionate about healthy sleep habits as she believes they are fundamental for optimal growth and development in the early years.
